Return Policy

Loose diamonds that have not been damaged or altered in any way may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Diamonds must have their oiriginal certificates where applicable. Diamonds that have been specially ordered are not returnable or exchangeable.

All sales are final on rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. No return or exchange will be accepted for these items.

For all purchases, any shipping charges will not be refunded.

We offer free steam cleaning for life on all jewelry purchased at Protea Diamonds.


Lifetime Sidestone Replacement

As long as you get your diamond rings checked by us every 6 months, we will replace any side diamond that is 0.25 carat or lower, free of charge. There are no exceptions to the terms of this offer, and it only applies to jewelry purchased at Protea Diamonds.
