Money Back Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee on diamonds purchased from our inventory.
Simply bring back the diamond in its original condition, including paperwork, (paperwork includes the original diamond certificate, where applicable) within the first 30 days of purchasing the item for a full refund.

Special order and custom items, which include made-to-order jewelry and diamonds sourced from outside our inventory, are final sale.

Lifetime Upgrade
At Protea Diamonds we not only offer you a quality product at an outstanding price, we do so with a lifetime upgrade guarantee*. If you buy a diamond from us, we will credit you for the original purchase price (excluding the ring) when you upgrade to a diamond that is at least double the amount of your original purchase.

*The upgrade offer is valid for inventory diamonds only. Special order diamonds are excluded from this offer.

Return Policy
Diamonds that have not been damaged or altered in any way may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Diamonds must be in original condition and have their original certificates where applicable. Diamonds that have been special ordered are not returnable or exchangeable.

All sales are final on made-to-order rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. No return or exchange will be accepted for these items.
Jewelry that has been purchased from our inventory may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days.
For all purchases, any shipping charges will not be refunded.

Lifetime Jewelry Cleaning
We offer free steam cleaning for all jewelry purchased at Protea Diamonds.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and certified or personal checks.
Financing can be arranged through BB&T Bank.
Diamond prices are valid for cash, check, or wire transfer payments. There is a 3% convenience fee for using credit cards on diamond purchases.
